Hiroshima hometown tax donation amount set for rice return gifts reduced one after another

As the price of rice continues to fall, Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, has decided to lower the amount set for hometown tax donations that receive rice as a return gift. Four other cities and towns in the prefecture have already lowered their rice prices, indicating that farmers are rushing to sell rice as rice stocks remain higher than usual.
