Roughly speaking There was a problem in Weekly Shonen Jump issue 33 where the ONE PIECE card supplement was out of stock. The editorial department has announced that they will be suspending card binding supplements in Jump series magazines for the time being. The Charlotte Princard supplement scheduled for the October issue of V Jump has also been cancelled. Read article
