Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly “money transfer” issue: Assembly should be accountable, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Hayashi

Regarding the issue of conflicting claims regarding whether or not money was given or received over the position of chairman of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Hayashi stated that the trust in the assembly should not be shaken, and expressed the idea that the prefectural assembly should fulfill its accountability based on an investigation by an outside expert.
