Homare Sawa (47), a former member of Japan's women's national soccer team and member of the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup winning team, has been appointed as a special visiting professor at Kyoto Sangyo University's Faculty of Business Administration. As part of the educational reform planned for 2027, he is scheduled to give a lecture on the new subject ``Management Special Course (Sports)'' starting in the fall semester.
