``Disaster Prevention Agency'' establishment law passed and enacted by majority vote, House of Councilors plenary session

The law to establish the Disaster Prevention Agency, which will serve as the control tower for disaster countermeasures, was voted on at a plenary session of the House of Councilors, and passed with a majority vote.
