“A good opportunity” – Why the new headquarters is in Hafencity

The copper company and multi-metal manufacturer Aurubis is moving its headquarters from the main factory on the Veddel to downtown Hamburg. Free capacity arose at Brooktorkai primarily because another global company has been relying on more home office work since the pandemic.
