The manager of a restaurant in Ueno, Tokyo, was arrested for allegedly surrounding a male customer, forcing him to stay in the store, assaulting him, and extorting him out of 200,000 yen. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating whether another customer suffered similar damage.
