Japanese Embassy in China warns of tightened export control of dual-purpose items

As the Chinese government tightens controls on the export of dual-use items to Japan, the Japanese embassy in Beijing has issued a warning to companies and others following the arrest of two Japanese nationals in connection with the export of rare earths.
