According to the police on the 6th, the Seoul Central Police Station arrested and sent Mr. Kim, a man suspected of attempted arson of an existing tram, on the 3rd. Mr. Kim is accused of setting fire to the emergency door opening and closing device with a lighter and insecticide spray on a train moving from Myeongdong Station on Subway Line 4 to Chungmuro Station at around 9:12 p.m. on the 29th of last month. Passengers who saw this took away the insecticide and lighter, so the fire did not start. The police who arrived after receiving the report arrested Kim red-handed.
