Due to the increased activity of the seasonal rain front, the rain has become heavier in western Japan, with some areas in northern Kyushu experiencing extremely heavy rain. The front is expected to remain near western Japan until the 6th, and the Japan Meteorological Agency is urging people to be careful about landslides and flooding of low-lying areas.
