National government reports to Aomori Prefecture governor that completion of reprocessing plant may be delayed

On the 3rd, a representative from the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy met with Governor Miyashita of Aomori Prefecture regarding the spent nuclear fuel reprocessing plant currently under construction in Aomori Prefecture, and informed him that it may not be possible to complete it within this fiscal year, as set by Japan Nuclear Fuel.
