Beppu hit-and-run murder suspect Yoichi Hatta is "not dead," says former detective

Roughly speaking Yoichi Hatta (29), the suspect in the Beppu hit-and-run murder case, remains on the run. Former Tokushima Prefectural Police Officer Hiroyasu Akiyama declares that he is not dead and points out that he continues to run away.
