Amid a series of civil lawsuits questioning the illegality of interrogations by prosecutors, it has been learned that the Ministry of Justice has compiled countermeasures and notified the department in an effort to restrict the release of interrogation footage submitted by the state as evidence outside of court. A former judge who is familiar with judicial procedures says, ``It is important to examine inappropriate interrogations in a way that is clearly visible, and there should be no restrictions on the publication of problematic behavior.''
