A new copy of the ‘2026 Summer Seoul Dream Edition’ to be posted on the exterior wall of the Seoul Library. Provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 29th that it will change the text on the ‘Seoul Dreamboard’, a large bulletin board on the exterior wall of the Seoul Library to welcome summer. The changed text reads, “It’s okay to get hit by a sudden rain shower. It’s summer!” and was evaluated as best fitting the theme suggested by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, ‘Cool and refreshing text that will help you forget the summer heat.’
