Tvisha case: Giribala-Samarth appeared in court, CBI did not ask for remand, questions raised on missing evidence

In the Tvisha Sharma death case, the CBI did not demand extension of the remand of former judge Giribala Singh and his son Samarth Singh, after which both of them were produced in the CJM court of Bhopal and sent to jail in judicial custody.
