The European company MBDA, which produces Storm Shadow missiles, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian company Luch to develop the Neptune-2 cruise missile. The document includes plans to develop the missile's "deep strike" capabilities. The agreement is said to strengthen strategic defense cooperation between Ukraine and Europe.
