Emmanuel Macron wants to better regulate AI to prevent it from “falling into the hands of authoritarian regimes” and becoming a threat to “our cybersecurity or our societies”

At the end of the closing of the G7, Emmanuel Macron pleaded for regulation of artificial intelligence while ensuring that France is one of the rare countries that can be competitive outside of China and the United States in terms of “border models”.
