Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi confirmed that previous experiences contributed to establishing a state of deep mistrust in Iran towards the United States, stressing that the responsibility for the full and proper implementation of the terms of the memorandum of understanding, especially with regard to ending the war on all fronts, lies with Washington.
