Izmir Fire Department and Izmir Regional Directorate of Forestry teams intervened intensively from air and land to the forest fire that broke out in Balıklıova District of Urla district of Izmir. Thanks to the fire tankers distributed to the headmen and the support of forest volunteers, the fire in difficult terrain conditions was intervened strongly. With the coordinated work of the teams, the flames were taken under control before they reached residential areas.
