The media advisor for the Jerusalem Governorate, Dr. Marouf Al-Rifai, said that the announcement by the so-called “Somaliland” region of its intention to open an embassy for its country in the city of East Jerusalem constitutes a blatant violation of international law and international legitimacy resolutions.
