The Spanish National Police recovered two paintings attributed to Lucas Valdés that had disappeared in 1929. The works, belonging to the Hospital of the Venerable Priests, were identified when they were going to go up for auction. After a patrimonial and judicial investigation, they finally returned to their original location.
