Lantratova: Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on a bus with children near Bryansk is a war crime

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Yana Lantratova, called the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Bryansk region on a bus with a children's football team from Belarus, which was going on vacation to Gelendzhik, a war crime.
