“Special requirement for exemplarity”: Lecornu imposes random drug tests on the government and in ministries

The Prime Minister published a circular on Tuesday to “prevent the consumption of narcotics within the State”. Ministers will now be able to organize unannounced and compulsory screenings for members of their cabinet.
