Body of man taken by force is found concreted and charred in Uberlândia The body of Euclides de Oliveira, 62 years old, missing since June 8, was found this Tuesday morning (16) inside a refrigerator carcass in the Nossa Senhora das Graças neighborhood, in Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro. According to the police, the body was concreted and showed signs of charring. The victim had been taken by force from the door of his house, in the Tibery neighborhood. Investigations indicate that he was subjected to a "crime court" and executed out of revenge after being accused by family members of a 9-year-old child of sexual abuse. g1 sought out Euclides' family to comment on the progress of the investigations. She reported that her father was at the door of the house, on Rua Roma, when he was taken by four people. The action took place around 8:40 am and was recorded by a security camera from a neighboring residence. The images show a white car stopping a few meters in front of where Euclides was. Then, one person got out of the passenger seat, while two others left the back seat. One of the men pointed a gun at the victim and subdued him. Then, the group placed Euclides in the vehicle, which was driven by a fourth suspect. According to police records, another image obtained by the Civil Police shows Euclides being removed from the white car a few meters from the place where he was approached. Afterwards, Euclides was placed in a utility vehicle by two men. One of them was wearing a red shirt and the other was wearing a blue shirt. Family of suspect accused victim of child sexual abuse "Mr. Euclides was taking part in classes at football schools and family members accused him of having molested a nine-year-old child. This child is the sister of one of those being investigated against whom there is a warrant for his arrest. This individual, who belongs to a criminal faction, decided to hold the so-called criminal court and with the support of more members of this criminal organization, they kidnapped Mr. Euclides in Tibery and took him to a warehouse in Jardim Europa", said delegate Carlos Fernandes. According to the police, there is no police report, formal complaint or evidence to support the accusation of sexual violence against Euclides. Still according to investigations, one of the suspects, identified as a member of a criminal faction and brother of the alleged victim, had organized Euclides' kidnapping with the help of others involved. "What the Civil Police, the State of Minas Gerais, does not allow in any way is parallel justice. Three suspects involved in the kidnapping and death of Euclides were arrested. Two other people were arrested for drug trafficking after the seizure of drugs at one of the addresses targeted in the operation. According to delegate Carlos Fernandes, investigators analyzed images from security cameras and identified suspects transporting a refrigerator in a trailer close to the warehouse where the victim was allegedly held in prison and executed. By tracking the route taken by the suspects, the police located the lot where the body was hidden. "The victim was tortured, killed, and then they got a shell from a refrigerator, placed the victim's body inside and went to a construction material store where they bought sand and cement. They even used a catalyst to quickly dry this material and left it there [in the lot]. Possibly, he was killed until 2 pm on the 8th", he clarified. According to the police, the man's hands were tied with plastic ties, which reinforces the evidence that he was tortured before his death. The body was in an advanced state of decomposition. There were also signs that the suspects tried to set fire to the place, placing rubble on the corpse before setting it on fire. Official identification of the victim still depends on DNA testing.
