The fate of a Russian refractory will be decided this Wednesday, June 17 before the Strasbourg administrative court. The 22-year-old young man, resistant to military conscription, was prohibited from leaving Russian territory. However, in June 2025, he managed to jump from a moving train, linking Russia to its exclave of Kaliningrad, via Lithuania, and thus entered the European Union. But despite this spectacular escape, his fate is very uncertain.
