A portion of the Saint-Martin canal is open to swimming from this Wednesday, June 17 due to the high temperatures expected in the capital. Nearly 20 days before the officially planned date, Emmanuel Grégoire considers that it is "slightly absurd" to deprive Parisians of this water point as was the case in mid-May.
