According to the investigations, Henrique and Felipe helped Vorcaro in hiding the resources of the fraud scheme in the financial system through Banco Master.

By 3 votes to 1, the group endorsed the individual decision of Minister André Mendonça, rapporteur of the case, which determined the arrests.
In addition to Mendonça, the votes for maintaining the prisons were given by ministers Luiz Fux and Nunes Marques. Gilmar Mendes was defeated and voted to grant house arrest to Vorcaro's father.

Dias Toffoli declared himself impeded and did not participate in the trial. At the beginning of this year, the minister admitted that he is a partner in Resort Tayayá, which was purchased by an investment fund controlled by Banco Master.
On May 14th, the two accused were the target of the sixth phase of Operation Compliance Zero, by the Federal Police (PF), which investigates financial fraud at Master and the attempt to purchase the institution by Banco Regional de Brasília (BRB), a public bank linked to the Government of the Federal District (GDF).
After the arrest, the defense of the accused stated that the arrest was unnecessary.
