Unanimously, the First Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided this Tuesday (16) to convict former federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro for the crime of coercion during the process. The unanimous score of 4 votes to 0 was obtained in the trial of the criminal action in which Eduardo is a defendant on charges of organizing tariffs against Brazilian exports to try to avoid the conviction of former president Jair Bolsonaro in the coup plot process.   Related news: STF forms majority to condemn Eduardo Bolsonaro in the tariff case.
