The license to renew the public transport fleet was issued through Imam Khomeini Airport City (RA).

The governor of Tehran announced the issuance of a permit for the provision and renovation of the public transportation fleet, including buses, minibuses, middlebuses, vans, and taxis, through the free zone of Imam Khomeini Airport City.
