Attack of July 14, 2016: searches carried out at Nice town hall as part of the investigation into the security of the Promenade des Anglais

Searches were carried out Monday and Tuesday at Nice town hall but also at the prefecture and in police premises in the city, the Marseille prosecutor's office said. They are part of the judicial investigation opened into the security of the Promenade des Anglais during the 2016 attack.
