Serial killer Francis Heaulme sent to court for the murder of Jean-Joseph Clément in 1989

Francis Heaulme, already convicted of eleven homicides, had initially benefited from a dismissal of charges in this case before the investigation was reopened and then entrusted to the “cold cases” center in Nanterre.
