Industrialists are stuck with high land costs in factory investments

Yasin Çörekci, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinoz Kozmetik, stated that one of the biggest obstacles to industrial investments is land costs and said, "Türkiye's need is not the appreciation of industrial lands, but the establishment of new factories."
