Meiji Restoration Proposal to organize issues in three security documents “Realistic consideration of three non-nuclear principles”

A draft summary of points of contention compiled by the Japan Restoration Association for the revision of three security-related documents has been revealed. As the threat of nuclear weapons increases, the plan includes realistic consideration of the three non-nuclear principles of not allowing nuclear weapons to be brought into the country, as well as the introduction of nuclear submarines.
