Smotrich revokes the powers of the "Hebron Agreement"... What does this mean?

The far-right Israeli Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich, announced the cancellation of the powers granted to the Hebron Municipality under the Hebron Agreement, and transferring them to the Israeli authorities, in a move that includes the city’s settlements and holy sites, including the Tomb of the Patriarchs.
