Woman dies in collision between pickup truck and truck on BR-230, in Pacajá A woman died and at least six people were injured in an accident between a pickup truck and a truck on the BR-230, near the municipality of Pacajá, in the southwest of Pará. The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon (14), around 5:30 pm, on the Transamazônica Highway, just outside the city's urban perimeter. ✅ Click and follow the g1 PA channel on WhatsApp According to information, the two vehicles collided head-on. With the impact, the truck, where the victim was, left the road and overturned. According to authorities, the driver of the pickup truck fled the scene of the accident. The six injured people were rescued and taken to the Pacajá Public Hospital. So far, there is no information about their health status. The Scientific Police reported that the victim's body was examined and released to family members this Monday (15). The Civil Police said that the circumstances of the accident are being investigated by the Pacajá Police Station.
