Since then, the artist from São Paulo – born in Americana (SP), a city in the interior of the state of São Paulo – has already presented three more tracks from the album. However, the singer and composer saved an asset for the full edition of the album. “From chance to pier” arrives complete on the music market on Thursday, June 18th, with three previously unreleased tracks. One of the new features is “Guarde nos oculars”, a re-recording of a song by Ivan Lins and Vitor Martins, released by Ivan on the album “Nos dias de Hoje” (1978) and rewound by Spínola with Ivan himself in a recording that closes the album “Do caso ao cais”. In other words, Ivan Lins' voice is heard in the opening (with “Voa”) and closing (with “Guarde nos olhos”) of Gustavo Spínola's album, reinforcing the connection that began in 2022 when Spínola opened Ivan's show in the hometown of Americana (SP). Since then, Ivan Lins has publicly endorsed the work of Gustavo Spínola (“This young composer has elaborate and intriguing work”, said the octogenarian artist from Rio), in addition to having shared the stage with the singer several times. With the re-recording of “Guarde nos Olhos”, the songs “O que acha que saba de Você” and “Paná” form the trio of new features on the album “Do caso ao cais”, joining already known tracks such as “Canva”, “Hoje não” (first single, released in March), “O dia”, “Sob os dormentes” and “Vida Coração”.
