The rapid movement takes over the center of the city of Jacutinga in the preparations for FestMalhas. Fifteen days before the official opening of the fair, the organizers are working at a fast pace to set up a complete space where, on a daily basis, there are ordinary streets. All the assembly of the structure, the division of the stands and the decoration of the spaces that will make up the event begin well in advance and involve many people. There is a lot of collective work going on to ensure that every detail of the visitor experience works in the best way possible”, explains Patricia Miranda Almeida, director of MDX Eventos, a company hired by ACIJA to manage the entire structural part of FestMalhas. The more than 100 exhibitors are also going through an intense period of preparation, finalizing collections, decorating and refining service strategies to welcome consumers and buyers from various regions of Brazil and even abroad. Remembering that the city's traditional stores remain fully operational, even with a second unit participating in the fair. Another behind-the-scenes focus is on the cultural programming and interactive experiences that will be offered throughout the fair, including live broadcasts, podcasts, gastronomic spaces and attractions focused on tourism and entertainment.
