Former councilor dies after being run over in an accident in Boa Esperança The former councilor of Boa Esperança, in the Northwest of Espírito Santo, Valdir Isaías, aged 71, died after being run over while cycling on the ES-315, in the rural area of the municipality, on Saturday (13). In his statement, he stated that he was making a curve when he came across the cyclist in the middle of the road and was unable to avoid the collision. The driver also reported that he stopped the vehicle after the accident and asked them to call the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu), but left the scene for fear of being attacked.
