Tobacco control: Senegal ranked last in Africa, LISTAB denounces “non-applied” 2014 law

On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, the president of LISTAB, Amadou Moustapha Gaye, draws up a damning observation: Senegal is last in Africa in the fight against tobacco, the 2014 law is not applied, and an implementing decree has been lost in the administrative circuit for five years.
