Santander and the company DIO, from Araraquara (SP), launched a new free online course with 35 thousand places for people interested in working professionally in the digital market with Artificial Intelligence integrated into the work process. (See below how to participate).
The program aims to train content creators and digital marketing professionals capable of operating methodically, reading data and using AI as a real decision-making tool. Registration is open until June 28th through this link.

The program offers three complete tracks, each one for a different professional profile and moment, but all with applied final projects and content oriented directly to the market. See below for information about each of them:
AI Social Media Creator (24 hours): for those who want to get out of the way and structure their social media activities like a real professional system. Participants learn to define positioning and value proposition, set up commercial processes with proposal, onboarding and diagnosis, create content with strategic logistics using editorial territories and a 30-day calendar, apply Social SEO and multichannel distribution and read metrics with a business vision. The final project is the AI Social Medial Operating System: a complete operating system integrated with AI, ready to be applied in own projects or with clients.
AI TikTok Creator (24 hours long): aimed at anyone who wants to understand how growth really happens within short video platforms and build a system for creating, analyzing and evolving consistent content. Participants learn to structure replicable video formats with hooks and narrative progression, organize a content engine with a bank of ideas and weekly production pipeline, interpret audience behavior metrics and explore monetization paths within the creator economy. The final project is the Creator Operating System: a complete system for creating, growing and monetizing content on TikTok.
AI Data Creator (36 hours long): for those who already have contact with the digital market and want to stop making decisions in the dark, operating growth with criteria and based on data. Participants learn to differentiate vanity metrics from structural growth indicators, build functional dashboards in Looker Studio, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, reformulate hypotheses and run tests with clear validation criteria, and structure a weekly analysis and decision routine with AI as a co-pilot. The final project is the Creator Growth System: a complete data-driven growth system with a 30-day plan and weekly operating routine.

Upon completing the trail and issuing the certificate, each participant becomes part of Talent Match, a DIO employability platform, which connects trained professionals to opportunities in companies in Brazil and around the world.
The final projects developed during the bootcamp serve as a professional portfolio, ready to be presented in selection processes and opportunities in the job market. 🗓️ Steps
Until June 30, 2026: selection process
Between July 1st and 7th, 2026: release of the 1st list of those approved for course acceptance
Between July 9th and 13th, 2026: release of the 2nd list of those approved for course acceptance
Between July 15th and 16th, 2026: release of the 3rd and final list of approved candidates
July 20, 2026: study track released
Until October 11, 2026: completion of the program with certificate from participants
