Sexual violence against minors: “Imprescriptibility is useful, possible and far from being foreign to our traditions”

Benjamin Moron-Puech, associate professor of private law and criminal sciences at the Lumière Lyon-II University, believes, in an article in “Le Monde”, that imprescriptibility is desirable in the context of sexual violence committed against children, and speaks out against the idea that this decision would amount to assimilating sexual crimes with crimes against humanity.
