In Senegal, a mission from the International Monetary Fund is expected in Dakar from today until Friday with the aim of resuming discussions with Senegal interrupted since last February and when the head of state has just appointed a new government. This visit, which comes at a time when Senegal is going through an unprecedented budgetary crisis and in the midst of a debate on the interest or not of restructuring Senegal's debt, will be closely scrutinized.
