Iran and the United States announce an agreement to stop the war in the Middle East, before a second phase of negotiations on controversial issues

The protocol, which must be signed on June 19, sets out the principles for an end to the fighting, before a sixty-day phase of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, enriched uranium stocks and the lifting of American sanctions.
