Simultaneously with the continuation of the war in Ukraine and increasing doubts about the security commitment of the United States, the discussion of strengthening the European defense capability has once again returned to the top of the agenda of European politicians. Experts say that Europe has been talking about creating an independent defense structure for years, but so far it has not been able to achieve a common and efficient military force.
