The headquarters and the entire structure of the rural property were burned, causing incalculable losses and preventing the legitimate exercise of productive activity. Trees were cut down and turned into barricades in an attempt to prevent the police from reaching the criminals. The farm is the target of a lawsuit that has been going on for years in court and is still in the demarcation phase. The Federation reinforces that the right to private property is provided for in the Constitution and must be respected. We cannot accept that rural producers continue to bear material and psychological losses without holding criminals accountable and without any compensation for losses that are the result of impunity. It is urgent to adopt firm and effective measures to ensure compliance with the law and legal security in the field.
