The two actions were carried out by the 1st Dog Company (Canil) of the PM. During patrols, the police noticed a volume on the waist of the two men and suspected that they were armed with knives. No weapons or illicit materials were found during the searches.
However, when checking their identities in the Intelligence and Capture Division (Dicap) system, the team confirmed that both were detainees and were breaking the rules of the precautionary measures imposed on them. The two were handcuffed and taken to Dicap headquarters for the appropriate procedures.
