FIFA pays the full World Cup wage to Somali referee Omar Artan after he was banned from entering America

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) confirmed that it will pay the full championship fee for Somali referee Omar Artan, after he was refused entry to the United States on suspicion of his connection to people suspected of belonging to terrorist organizations.
