Small aircraft crashes in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in Rio Residents of Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the Southwest Zone of Rio de Janeiro, reported a series of explosions and lots of fire this Sunday morning (14) after the crash of at least one helicopter. (See video above) There are reports that 2 helicopters crashed into a car dealership yard after a collision in the air, but, until the last update of this report, there was no confirmation of what caused the fire. One of these helicopters exploded in the crash, and the fire caught several electric cars, which led to other small explosions. The fire was concentrated in land leased by BYD in the block of Avenida das Américas and Beth Lago and Rivadávia Campos streets.
