Klimov: Visa exemption for Ukrainians still exists in Russia for humanitarian reasons

Director of the Consular Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexei Klimov, confirmed the continuation of the visa-free entry system for Ukrainians into Russia, for humanitarian reasons, despite Kiev’s withdrawal from the relevant agreement.
