Foreign Ministry: Russia did not introduce visas for Ukrainians for humanitarian reasons

Ukrainians continue to enter the country without visas, despite the agreement terminated by Kiev; this decision was made by the Russian leadership for humanitarian reasons, said Alexey Klimov, director of the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
